The gun did look pretty dry though. For reasons I won't get into (unless you want to hear) the gun was broke down several times between when I received it and when it was shot, so I did get a look at the internals. Seemed to me that they could've been lubed more. Everything I've seen/read seems to indicate AR's like to be shot wet.
