Just upgrading won't remove the malware. It's designed to stay on the system. If you've installed it in the last few months I would recommend downloading FTK it's a forensic tool. You need to search for the MD5 hash for the malware which is
75735db7291a19329190757437bdb847 and wipe it from the disk.
Worst case format and reinstall windows.
