I'm tagging in on this one. I personally love the 10mm, but like Snake I tend to use 180-200 gr hot rounds for the shear power and knock down. I generally shoot mine from a Contender with a 14" barrel, but a 14 with a stamp, or a pinned and welded cage or linear comp would help push the noise forward. However once you pop the can on I'm not sure about the amount of gas it will spit, but I can tell you from the 14 inch barrel it's a lot quieter than my 1911 in 10 mm could ever be, but I get ...
